Classes Offered
Get Bent! yoga studio offers a variety of classes that isn't offered at many other yoga studios in the surrounding Green Bay, Wisconsin area.
Vinyasa Flow
In this class, you will learn how to focus on each breath, while moving through each pose. You will be building strength and flexibility. Also, this class will teach you how to properly move in and out of each pose in swift movements.
Family Yoga
In this class we encourage the children to come in and learn some of the fundamentals of yoga. During, this class we will teach them some fun poses and deep breathing techniques.
All Level Yoga
This class is exactly what the title says, it's for people of all levels practicing yoga! If you're just a beginner or an advanced yogi, come in and find how to build strength and flexibility through new poses, modifications, and/or the use of props to help explore your yoga adventure.
Beginner's Yoga
If you've always been interested in yoga, but have never been to a yoga class before, then this is a perfect class for you to start in. this class is for Beginners-Moderate yoga experence. We will teach you various poses and modifications, learn how to properly breath through each pose, and learn a little meditation. Along with bringing awareness to your mind and body, and increasing strength and flexability.
Core Power Yoga
Core Power Yoga is the physical demanding core power workout that you are looking for but doesn't make you feel exhausted. This is because we still incorporate meditation practices. This is a great class to get both physical and mental exercises.
Aerial Yoga
Have you tried yoga, while hanging upside down in a hammock? If not, here's your chance! We offer 15 hammocks in our aerial yoga studio. Have some fun doing different poses and stretches in our hammocks.

**These are a first come first serve basis, so you MUST call and request a hammock at least 24 hours prior. Hurry, they fill up fast!
Yoga Level 2
We offer a class for more experienced yogi. Focusing on strengthening, core-engagement, and improving balance to challenge yourself into various poses.
Meditation
Either sitting or lying down, the instructor will start with a brief breathing exercise and guide you with guided imagery. Our goal is to take what you've learned in the class and use it throughout your day.
